Hematologist and Medical Oncologist
Iyad Hamarneh, M.D., is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist at City of Hope Cancer Center Prescott, where he treats patients with breast cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, multiple myeloma and many other cancer types. Dedicated to a compassionate, comprehensive approach to care, Dr. Hamarneh combines conventional and advanced cancer treatment options, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy, to ensure that each patient’s treatment plan is uniquely tailored to his or her diagnosis and individual needs. He is fluent in in English and Arabic.
Hematologist Oncologist
Assistant Clinical Professor, Department of Hematologic Malignancies
Allan V. Espinosa-Morazán, M.D., is a board-certified, bilingual hematologist-oncologist who provides compassionate, comprehensive care to patients receiving treatment for a wide range of cancer types at City of Hope® Cancer Center Prescott in Arizona. Dr. Espinosa-Morazán was inspired to pursue oncology after developing an interest in thyroid and neuroendocrine tumors. However, in his clinical work, he most often treats patients diagnosed with diseases such as lung cancer, colorectal cancer and leukemia.
Medical Oncologist
As a medical oncologist and hematologist at City of Hope Cancer Center Prescott, Alan Langerak, M.D., works with patients’ collaborative care teams to diagnose and treat a wide range of cancer types and stages, with an emphasis on breast cancer, lung cancer and genitourinary disease. Dr. Langerak has more than 25 years’ experience in cancer care.
Breast Surgical Oncologist
Associate Clinical Professor, Department of Surgery
LaNette F. Smith, M.D., joined City of Hope in 2026. As a breast surgeon, Dr. Smith works closely with patients diagnosed with multiple types and stages of breast cancer, offering both conventional and less invasive surgical treatment options, including nipple sparing mastectomy and image guided breast biopsy. Throughout her career, she has cared for patients across Arizona, providing individualized surgical care grounded in expertise and compassion.
Radiation Oncologist
Assistant Clinical Professor, Department of Radiation Oncology
A board-certified radiation oncologist with more than 40 years’ experience in his field, Donn Marshall Davis, M.D., is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care to patients receiving treatment for a wide range of cancers at City of Hope Cancer Center Prescott. Prioritizing his patients’ positive outcomes and their quality of life, Dr. Davis collaborates with other clinicians to create personalized treatment plans that may include both conventional and advanced radiation therapy options, including internal radiation therapy, external beam radiation therapy, intensity-modulated radiation therapy and stereotactic beam radiation therapy.
