Working together to bring hope to cancer patients in the midwest
City of Hope® is a nationally recognized leader in the treatment of life-threatening diseases, including cancer, with over a century of pioneering research and clinical excellence. Our physicians and scientists are at the forefront of translational medicine, rapidly advancing laboratory discoveries into evidence-based therapies that redefine cancer care.
To address access and improve outcomes in the communities we serve, we expanded our footprint to offer three Northern Illinois locations that service Lake and Cook counties, as well as Southeastern Wisconsin, Northern Indiana and Michigan. Each of our locations are staffed by multidisciplinary teams with deep expertise in oncology, coordinating together under the same roof to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Our Chicago-area physicians work in close collaboration with referring providers, offering support ranging from full-spectrum oncology care to specific procedures, diagnostics and screenings. Appointments are typically available within days, and we provide a seamless logistics management for referred patients. Additionally, we prioritize continuity of care by ensuring a smooth transition back to the referring provider upon completion of treatment.
We strive to offer a well-coordinated experience for our referring providers. Upon receiving your referral, our team will immediately begin processing the referral, with minimal work on your end.
