City of Hope in Northern Illinois

Working together to bring hope to cancer patients

Leading-Edge Cancer Care and Research Expanded to the Midwest

City of Hope® delivers tomorrow's advances in cancer care to those who need them today. Founded in 1913, City of Hope is a world leader in cancer treatment and prevention, with experts across the nation at the forefront of cancer research, transforming laboratory breakthroughs into treatments that outsmart the disease. At the heart of this work is our commitment to compassionate, whole-person care, so that life during and after cancer can be rich and rewarding.

In 2022, City of Hope expanded into Northern Illinois to help close the care gap in the communities we serve—Lake and Cook counties, as well as Southeastern Wisconsin, Northern Indiana and Michigan—offering access to world-class oncology and benign disease treatment. Our clinical team is backed by a national network of more than 1,600 physicians and researchers working together through collaborations such as tumor board meetings, so we can achieve better patient outcomes and survival rates.
