With the goal of expanding access to more patients, City of Hope Phoenix locations across the Valley partner with most insurance providers and are in network with a variety of plans, including:

- Arizona Complete Health® AZ Complete Health® (Medicaid), Medicare (Wellcare by Allwell®) and Marketplace (Ambetter®) products
- BlueCross® BlueShield® of Arizona, an Independent Licensee of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association
- BlueCross® BlueShield® of Arizona Medicare Advantage, an Independent Licensee of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association
- Cigna® including Cigna® Group HMO
- Cigna® Pathwell, *Applicable to Outpatient Centers Only
- Devoted Health Medicare AZ
- HealthChoice®, including Medicaid and Duals, *Applicable to in-network HealthChoice Medicaid and Duals Only. Other HealthChoice plans are not in-network.

Because of the complexity involved in how insurance plans are designed, we have developed a quick and efficient process to verify your patient’s insurance benefits requiring minimal work on your end.
