City of Hope^® Duarte's Division of Interventional Radiology provides advanced, minimally invasive image-guided therapies for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and cancer-related conditions. As a leader in interventional oncology, the program offers innovative technologies, including advanced image-guided navigation and ablation systems that support precise tumor targeting while preserving surrounding healthy tissue.

Our interventional radiologists perform a comprehensive range of procedures for primary and metastatic tumors, including thermal ablation, cryoablation, image-guided biopsy, embolization, pain management interventions, and treatments for hepatobiliary disorders. These approaches may offer an alternative to surgery or complement systemic therapies, helping to reduce recovery times and improve patient outcomes.
